Works fine, but bulky

This touch screen stylus is a sturdy, hollow piece of plastic with a flexible rubber hemisphere on one end, and a clip on the other. Its a bit large to fit in a case with a phone, and seems bulky to anyone who has used a device with a smaller stylus. It takes a bit of pressure to get the phone to register a keypress on a touch screen, because the rubber end piece has to be compressed. Since the word "pen" is in the description of this product I hoped it would include a ballpoint pen--it doesnt, though there is certainly room. The packaging is marked "for iPhone oPod touch", but it works fine on my Motorola Droid.

That said, this stylus does make it a bit easier to see what part of the screen is being pressed. It might make typing quicker and prevent screen smudges, so I may carry it with me once I get a larger case.
